This past week two momentous things happened … one I witnessed by accident, the other I cleared my calendar for.
The Hung Far Low sign returned to Portland's Chinatown
I was meeting friends for drinks and food at the restaurant just below and had no idea why crowds had gathered. Sadly, I was busy inside drinking and eating when the unwrapped the thing so no photo of that.
My friend Michele celebrated a milestone birthday and the Royal Rosarians planted a rose in her honor!
It was quite a production!
She was more than a little surprised, but dug right in - literally!
The after party rocked as well!
